Dear All,
As you might have known, the LOW at Seaford planned for next Tuesday will be
cancelled.
I will organise it for a date when there is some certainty that it can take
place.
However, lockdowns can be a time for reflection. I thought that some of you
may like this short poem by Percy Shelley (1792-1822).
To me, it encapsulates the fate that befalls all dictators and tyrants in
the past, the present and the future.
Ozymandias
I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: "Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert . . . Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,

> 2 shots Tequila
> 1 shot pink grapefruit juice
> 1 shot lime juice
> ½ shot jalapeno simple syrup (1/2 cup caster sugar, ½ cup water, simmered for 5 minutes with 1 sliced fresh jalapeno, seeds removed)
> 1 egg white

> Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake hard to chill and combine ingredients.
