Dear Lakeside Hashers The last time we were at this venue was for our Christmas party or the 'Santa run' as I like to call it. Living in landlocked Northcote (awarded the title of the most desirable suburb to live in for 2021) it is always a treat to be back near the beach and hear the roar of the waves and the squawk of the seagulls once again. Dear Lakeside Hashers The Terminus Hotel has been extensively renovated since we were last there to make it virtually unrecognisable on the inside. A very modern (art deco) and formal entrance and dining area contrasts with the ‘sprawling’ beer garden behind it, and thats what it is, sprawling endlessly into neighbouring Fitzroy North. But! don’t get too comfortable! there will be a run/walk over and around the Merri Creek making good use of the many walking tracks and pathways in the area. The details are: Run 2036 Date: Wednesday March 23rd Hare: Prince Venue: Terminus Hotel, Clifton Hill. Description: Art deco venue plating pub classics with a modern twist. Vegetarian friendly. The pub is very Covid conscious. It features a 'sprawling beer garden and outdoor terrace bar'. Meals: $20 - 30 pp - order and pay on arrival. Drinks: from the bar.
