Dear committee members,
Welcome to our first committee meeting for ages! Well done everyone for
turning up and contributing!
Please read the attached DRAFT minutes and REPLY ALL with any comments or
amendments that should be made.
One question I have is re the accounts: we did talk about the grog making
money, but it's not in the report. Could we include the numbers please?
Another query is the Nagambie weekend. It's now up to 18 attendees with
only 1 being a non-member/non regular. The marketing carries the Lakeside
logo. As we only have 23 members, 17 out of 23 is a pretty good rate. Do
you think its worthy of a numbered run, afterall?
If it's OK with y'all, I'll send an email to members to note the Christmas
event date and time with the venue TBA.
Cheers and On On
