Re the AGM location

There is a slight change of location necessitated by proximity to a takeaway fish and chip shop, if you want to munch during the AGM.

Run-walk is now from picnic tables at intersection of Malone Street and Beatty Cres Ormond, Melways 68 E7, west end of Gunn Reserve, plenty of parking.

REMINDER

 

Lakeside HHH’s  AGM will be held on Wednesday 20th January 2020, coinciding with Cheesecake’s Run # 1981 at Princes Park, Hawthorn Road, Caulfield South.

 

The run will start at the usual time of 6.30pm. 

 

The AGM will commence at 7.45pm and conclude at 8pm.  AGPU Circle and supper afterwards.

 

Agenda is attached. 

 

Please reply to gierckie@tpg.com.au if you are unable to attend.

 

·         Hash circle will take place after the meeting.

·         Hash grog will be available for sale at normal hash prices.

·         COVID-Safe supper provided by the Hash after the meeting (however feel free to BYO as well). 

 

·        Please BYO drinking mug, plate and cutlery. 

 

·         One last thing:  volunteer to be on the committee
