Dear Lakeside Hashers
While Gumbri Park has a BBQ area, seating and shelter, this area is not enclosed. Bring warm clothing for the circle as, on all my visits, a cold wind seeming to be blowing across the park. The shelter offers no protection. I have contacted the council and
the toilets, usually locked at night, will remain open whilst we are in residence.

Venue: Gumbri Park (Batman Park) Arthurton Rd, Northcote.
Food: pizza $10
The park: shelter, seating, toilets.
Parking: Arthurton Rd & Elm St (behind the park).
Drinks: Hash eskies (thanks Pointy!)
Getting there:
- by car - Melways map 30 D7
- by train, Mernda Line, Northcote Station.A short walk to the park.
- by tram no 86 stop 33. A 10 min walk over the railways lines and past the station to the park.

* Bike Hash: this Sunday 9th January. Hare is PolPot, meet at 12.00 Moorabbin Station. On Inn: Grape and Vine.

* Australia Day run, an official run for us, Wednesday January 26th, hosts D & E Hash. All hashes invited. Venue and time TBA.
