Thanks, Klingon, these are great graphs. I had been following the stats on the Worldometer
website, but apparently their figures are a bit suspect. As you say, it's the data on
cases per million - and even more, the deaths per million - that are most significant.
It's a pity Trump doesn't understand that.

There may be some who, like me have a go at doing the crosswords in
the newspaper. Over the years I have developed my own computer aids
to solve the puzzles when I get stuck. I thought others might like to

The instructions are in the ReadMe, but basically you just have to
copy the files onto a folder on your computer (Windows) and run it
from there (word). On Windows 10 you have to clear security the first
time. Click "More info", "Run anyway".
Another project I have done is to make a page of graphs to get a
better idea of how the pandemic is going in countries that are most
affected. It is good to compare total cases in cumulative and daily
increase terms and for populations and in per capita terms.
