Here is a list of motels with availability on the 20 the. of Feb. I would suggest interested hashers make a reservation ASAP due to the high demand in this area. 

Inverloch Motel older style but OK Ph. 56743100, 8 Queen rooms available at $ 140 for a single night or if 2 nights $120 per night 

Motel on A'beckett ph. 56741311, King with spa $190 family room $205 Queen room $185

Inverloch Central Motel Ph. 56743500 6 rooms available 4 twins $175,  1 Queen $145

REMINDER

Lakeside HHH’s  AGM will be held on Wednesday 20^th January 2020, coinciding with Cheesecake’s Run # 1981 at Cnr of Beatty Cr
and Malane St, Ormond.

The run will start at the usual time of 6.30pm. 

The AGM will commence at 7.45pm and conclude at 8pm.  AGPU Circle and supper afterwards –COVID-Safe rules apply. 

Agenda is attached.  GM’s Report and Hash Cash Report are both attached for your perusal prior to the meeting.

Please reply to gierckie@tpg.com.au if you are unable to attend.

· Hash circle will take place after the meeting.

· Hash grog will be available for sale at normal hash prices.

· COVID-Safe supper provided by the Hash after the meeting (however feel free to BYO as well). 

· Please BYO drinking mug, plate and cutlery. 

· One last thing:  do your thing and volunteer to be on the committee
