Good Morning Fellow GM’s,
I hope that you and your families had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and I wish everyone all the very best for 2021.
As WSH3 will be hosting the 2021 Australia Day Hash Run, I would like to invite all hashers from your chapters to attend the Australia Day tradition.
As we are entering a new ball game with COVID and the restrictions placed on us, we will be monitoring everything on a daily basis to ensure that we abide by all the Governments requirements for the event. I would like if you can provide an approximate number of hashers from your respective chapters that will be attending for catering numbers as well as ensuring we will be COVID savvy.
WSH3 look forward to seeing everyone and hopefully we can get back to some sort of normality in 2021.
Details of the run are as below:
WSH3 Run # 2089
Date: Tuesday 26 January 2021
Venue: The Eastern Lions Soccer Club, Sixth Ave, Burwood
Time: 11:30am for a 12:00 run or walk
Cost: $10:00, to cover clubroom hire, drink stop, lunch and circle
BYO Hash Mug for the circle
Please note: There is no outside funding for this event and the soccer club is charging for the use of the clubrooms, hence the fee. Any leftover funds from the event will be donated to the RSPCA.
