We encourage you to start getting your Balls Up registration forms in  ………..

Now…I know what you’re thinking…instead of Giddy Up…the event might suffer from a late scratching! We get it…but remember refunds will be given to anyone who’s paid if this event is cancelled due to  COVID restrictions.   

 

Please keep the date free, get your registrations forms in, and be ready to jump out of the stalls at the right moment…

 

In the meantime, here’s a cocktail for you to enjoy at your lockdown drinkies…

 

 

Giddy Up Grapefruit Sour

 

2 shots Tequila

1 shot pink grapefruit juice

1 shot lime juice

½ shot jalapeno simple syrup (1/2 cup caster sugar, ½ cup water, simmered for 5 minutes with 1 sliced fresh jalapeno, seeds removed)

1 egg white

 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake hard to chill and combine ingredients.

Strain out ice and shake hard again.

Strain into glass.
