Dear Lakeside Hashers
Quick Lay has come up with a new venue for us to meet at and in an area we possibly
haven’t run in before. For those coming by car the Quick Lay recommends parking in Union
St and walking across to the Gardens. Getting there by train to Windsor Station, it is a
10 minute walk following a pathway through Windsor Siding to Union St and on to Gladstone
Gardens. Albert Park Lake is reasonably close by and I imagine the run/walk will weave its
way in that direction. Is it possible that we will dip our toes in its waters this week
and the next, on our 38th anniversary run? Twice in a fortnight?! Oh please, be still my
beating heart!

Getting there:
- by car - Melways map 2P E1. Parking in Union St.
- by train - to Windsor Station on the Sandringham Line. Follow the walking track through
Windsor Siding to Union St and the Gardens.
