Not a Lakeside run, but Pog has set a trail in Elsternwick for those for whom that would

Run #2006 was set last night by Quick Lay in North Melbourne with 8 in attendance. Photo
attached. Phwew! We got that one in just in time!

flow yoga for 1/2hr it can be done

Just reiterating that there is NO LAKESIDE RUN THIS WEEK. Pog's is purely
LLH3.
I too have laid trail around my neighbourhood for the locals to follow -
starts and finishes at Yarra Primary School front door - if you is in the
5km range.
