[Members] LSH3: Notice of Annual General Meeting - Wed 20 January 2020

To All Lakeside Hashers, The GM of Lakeside Hash House Harriers, Cyclone Tracy, has asked me to convey to all members of this Hash group (and any wannabe members) that there will be an Annual General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday 20th January 2020, coinciding with Cheesecake's Run # 1981 at Princes Park, Hawthorn Road, Caulfield South. The run will commence at 6.30pm. The AGM will commence at 7.45pm and conclude at 8pm. Agenda is attached. Please reply to gierckie(a)tpg.com.au if you are unable to attend. Refreshments will be available for sale at normal hash prices and nibbles will be provided by the Hash after the meeting. Please BYO drinking vessel, plate and cutlery. Hash circle for Run#1981 will take place after the AGM.
