Lakeside is a registered association under an Act of the Victorian Parliament. The Act specifies the office bearers as President, Public Officer, Treasurer and Committee members who are elected by the members. An annual return has to be lodged with Consumer Affairs and an AGM held each year. Cheesecake is the Public Officer.
